How many veterans can participate in the pilot?
The standard pilot supports up to 15 veterans in a single wing or unit. Larger pilots can be arranged for facilities with specific needs.
What if we don't have Wi-Fi in the pilot wing?
The Bluetooth gateway requires a single ethernet connection, not Wi-Fi. Veteran wearables and BLE beacons are entirely wireless. We'll verify connectivity during the setup phase.
Is there a cost for the pilot?
Pilot pricing varies by facility size and scope. Hardware is provided at no upfront cost and remains with the facility if you continue after the pilot.
What happens to veteran data if we don't continue?
All veteran data is securely exported or deleted per your instructions. We provide a complete data portability package. Nothing is retained without explicit consent.
Can family members participate during the pilot?
Absolutely. Family engagement is a key part of the pilot. We actively encourage family participation and measure engagement as part of the pilot success criteria.
